Our Mentors represent a variety of professions, backgrounds, and life experiences. But they’re all dedicated to one thing: empowering youth with skills, confidence, and resources.

Sign up through the form below. (It’s 100% free!)
Go through a 7-step application process, including vetting from the TalentDreams team.
Log into our online platform and wait for members to connect.
Meet 1:1 through Zoom as often as you’re willing and able.

What mentoring involves for you

We understand that you’re busy — our Mentors are successful people with families, careers, and very full lives. That’s why we welcome any time investment you can make.

Give as much or as little as you’re able.

The minimum requirement is being willing and able to meet 1:1 with a TalentDreams member for at least 30 minutes. Do this once a day, once a week, once a year — it’s totally up to you!
